I realize that they are many, many, many, MANY people who are trying to get through to them. At least that time, I chose to hang up, instead of just suddenly having the line disconnected. Last night, before I got the text, I spent about 45 minutes on hold before hanging up. I've called literally a dozen times and waited on hold for a good half hour at a time. I can't find anything on their website to answer my questions. About an hour ago, I got a text saying THAT flight was cancelled. The first time, I eventually got a text saying I was put on another flight tomorrow morning. For the second time in 24 hours, my flight gets canceled. ![]()
